Dr Robson is a barrister and solicitor admitted in Western Australia since 2011. He has gained extensive knowledge and experience in tax, commercial, corporate insolvency and deceased estate disputes. Dr Robson appears and provides advice on these areas of law.
Dr Robson has held a number of senior management positions both in the Western Australian government and in private industry.
Dr Robson served as the non-executive Chairman and Director of 4 ASX listed companies. Dr Robson was also formerly a director of the Jaye Radisich Foundation for approximately 5 years.

Dr Robson has a doctoral degree from Monash University (2022) and a first class honours from Charles Darwin University (2010). Dr Robson was also awarded a Bachelor of Science (Physics) degree by Curtin University (1998).
Awards
Dr Robson has been recommended as a tax lawyer in 2019 and 2021 by Doyles Guide.
Dr Robson was a recipient of the Attorney-General’s Medal awarded by Charles Darwin University.
Thesis
Dr Robson's PhD Thesis is titled "The contemporary role of shareholder ratification and authorisation of breaches of directors’ duties".
The late Professor Robert Baxt made many insightful contributions to the analysis of the doctrine of ratification and the Thesis acknowledges his work and the contributions of many other eminent academics and jurists.
